Terms & booking policy

These terms are being reviewed and approved by the venue. The conditions that apply to a specific booking are the ones shown on that event page and on its Fatsoma booking page.

Tickets

Ticketed events are sold through Fatsoma. Your contract for the ticket is with Fatsoma, and their terms cover payment, delivery, transfers and refunds. Keep your confirmation — you will need it on the door.

Refunds and changes

Refunds and ticket changes are handled under Fatsoma's terms for the event you booked. If we have to change or cancel an event we will tell ticket holders through Fatsoma and post the update on this site.

Bookings and arrival

Timings, inclusions and arrival guidance are published on each event page. Please arrive within the arrival window shown for your booking.

Age, ID and dress

Age and ID requirements are shown on each event page. Entry is at management's discretion, and we may refuse entry or service where the law or the safety of the room requires it.

Responsible service

Please drink responsibly. Bottomless drinks are served one at a time and remain subject to responsible service and licensing obligations.

Photography

Photography or filming may take place at events. Speak to a member of the team if you would prefer not to appear.

Private hire

Private hire and group bookings are confirmed in writing by the team, including any deposit, minimum spend and cancellation terms for your booking.
