• Enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message.
• Booking context: preferred date, guest numbers and the occasion, where you tell us.
• Website measurement: analytics, and only if you turn analytics cookies on. See our cookie notice for detail.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange bookings and keep records of correspondence. We do not sell your data, and we will not add you to marketing lists from an enquiry alone.

Ticketing

Tickets are sold and processed by Fatsoma. When you buy a ticket you are subject to Fatsoma's own privacy and refund terms, and we only receive the attendee information they share with the event organiser.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any related booking. Contact us if you would like your records removed sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the venue and we'll deal with it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
